According to TVPlus the actors who play Danelle (Andrea Streso), Ryno (Chris Vorster) and Lindile (Musa Ngema) are all leaving 7de laan.
Lindile has probably been the most boring character in the history of boring characters on 7de Laan so I have very little doubt that he won’t be missed. Last night we saw Lindile angrily talking to someone on the phone after being off screen since who knows when. Apparently it has something to do with drugs.
Apparently Musa has already left the 7de Laan studios to Generations which starts on 1 December 2014. I’m sure the actor wants to be able to show his acting skills – he certainly hasn’t had the chance at 7de laan. Read about Lindile’s 7de laan ending here
Ryno hasn’t had a proper storyline since that doctor Lynette stole organs or whatever she did. Although poor Ryno’s story was done when Isabelle left the Laan. He has pretty much been filler material since then. The writers tried, but how many more times could he get married? I will definitely miss Ryno – the most grown up person on 7 de laan. The actor Chris Vorster and his family are reportedly moving to Bloemfontein where Chris received a teaching post at the University of Free State. Ryno’s exit date has not yet been decided. Danelle’s portrayer, Andrea Streso, is off to complete her university studies and practicals. She will be leaving towards the end of January, with her final air date sometime in February 2015 (TVPlus). While Danelle is very popular, she also had no real story since being paired with Bernard. I’m sure the actress would have liked to be able to do some actual acting rather than waitressing. It’s admirable that she has ambition other than serving coffee and organising get togethers on a soapie.

This sucks! I don’t want Danelle to leave. She’s one of my favourite characters! And Ryno too! Aw man! I’m kind of glad that Emma’s out though. I was getting sick of all the Rick Drama! 🙁
Danelle looks like an angel! But 7de laan aren’t even writing stories for her.
Ryno is one of my favourites too, but again there aren’t many stories being written for him. The actors sometimes want to be challenged a bit with their roles, I think.

Yep, there are a few people who could do with a complete makeover, especially Charmaine with those ugly shirts/blouses.
Please give the characters better story lines. Something must be done about Gita’s character. She gets away with too much. I love 7de laan it’s like life is. But the kids should stop partying so much.

So sad that Danelle is leaving, love her lots with Bernad. I must say last week’s episodes were a hit, I was touched and almost cried.
It was the most riveting episodes I can remember…maybe since the shooting at Sandra Stutterhuim’s wedding years ago.
I think that Danelle should not have been written out. Rather, her slot should have been kept open for the future for guest appearances for when she finishes her studies. …just like the hilarious “chomma” who pops up now and again to entertain us.
The actress was open to returning some day as far as I know, but the 7de laan producers/writers decided to write her out.
Probably to keep storylines open for Bernard. Because no one would want to see him with anyone else if Danelle was still alive…is my guess.
Still can’t understand why danelle had to get shot shame we will miss her and its sad that bernard had to get he’s yes like that she was the prettys girl in the soapie…gud luck danelle do your best!!!

I love 7nde laan and try not miss any of the episodes…everything about it,just to come on how i got to this website i was googling on if Ryno is leaving de laan..eish i mean “hy’s’te mooi man,joh daar steek nog baie in hom” but lyk my dis n’done deal cause klink of Felicity dem is moving into that.
